Delete your account

You can delete your Lifeinfull account and its data at any time, from inside the app or from this page. Deletion is permanent: your profile, check-ins, posts, assessments, and circle memberships are removed. Content you shared into circles is deleted with your account.

Delete from the app

1. Open Lifeinfull and go to the Life tab.
2. Open Settings, then choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you:

support@lifeinfull.app with the subject "Delete my Lifeinfull account".

We confirm and complete these requests within 30 days.

What is deleted, what is kept, and for how long

• Deleted with your account: your profile, name, email address, check-ins, notes, posts, photos, voice notes, goals, assessment answers, circle memberships, product event records, and push notification tokens.
• Anonymized rather than erased: where a message of yours was part of another member's conversation, the message content is erased and the entry is anonymized, so the other person's thread still reads sensibly.
• Never held in the first place: health and fitness data, which is read on your device and discarded, and your location coordinates, which are evaluated on your device and not stored.
• Kept briefly after deletion: deleted content can persist in routine encrypted backups of our database for up to 30 days, after which those backups roll off. Crash reports, which contain no personal content, are held by Sentry for up to 90 days.
• Kept as long as the law requires: purchase and subscription records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, so that refunds and tax and accounting obligations can be honored.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, because billing is managed by Apple or Google. Cancel in your device's subscription settings before or after deleting.
