Privacy Policy

Lifeinfull is built by TechRapha LLC ("we", "us"). It helps small groups of people witness one another showing up for the things they care about. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: your data exists to serve your circles, we don't sell it, and we don't show ads.

What we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, profile photo, and optional personal quote. You can sign in with Apple or Google; we receive the name and email those services share.
• Activity you create. Check-ins, notes, posts, photos, voice notes, goals, and the circles you create or join. When you record a voice note, the audio is sent once to our transcription provider (OpenRouter, using Google Gemini) so your circle can read it as text; the transcript is stored with the note. Goals ("whys") are private by default and shared only if you choose to share them.
• Location. Lifeinfull uses location in three narrow ways, all described in detail under Location below: confirming you are at your circle's place when you tap to check in, optionally checking you in when you arrive at that place even if the app is closed, and finding nearby places when you choose to pin one.
• Health and fitness data, only if you turn it on. If you choose to let a commitment count itself, Lifeinfull reads one health measurement you pick from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). This is described in full under Health and fitness data below. These numbers are read on your device, compared to the target you set, and discarded. They are never sent to our servers, never stored by us, and never shared with anyone.
• People you add, only what you type. If you keep a private list of people you walk with, we store the names and notes you type, visible only to you. We never read or upload your device's contacts. Details under People you add below.
• How you use the app. We record first-party product events (which screens are opened, which features are used) in our own database, identified by your account. These are opaque event names with no free text from you, and are used only to understand how the app is working. There is no third-party analytics or advertising SDK in Lifeinfull.
• Your calendar, write-only and only when you ask. If you add a season's weekly focus or harvest day to your calendar, Lifeinfull writes those events to your device calendar. We never read your calendar and nothing from it is uploaded.
• Device information for notifications. A push notification token and your timezone, so reminders and circle notifications arrive at sensible local times and respect your quiet hours.
• Crash and error reports. If the app crashes, a technical report (device model, OS version, stack trace) is sent to Sentry so we can fix it. These reports are scrubbed of personal content.

Health and fitness data

Lifeinfull can count a check-in for you when you meet a health goal you set for yourself, so you do not have to log it by hand. This is optional, it is off until you turn it on for a specific circle, and it can be turned off at any time from the same screen.

What we access. With your permission, Lifeinfull reads one measurement you choose from Apple Health on iOS or Health Connect on Android. On Android those permissions are: steps (READ_STEPS), exercise sessions (READ_EXERCISE), distance (READ_DISTANCE), sleep (READ_SLEEP), nutrition, used for protein (READ_NUTRITION), and mindfulness sessions (READ_MINDFULNESS). Access is read-only. Lifeinfull never writes to Apple Health or Health Connect, and never reads a category you have not granted.

How we use it. When you open the app, Lifeinfull reads the measurement you chose for the current day or week, compares it on your device to the threshold you set, and either offers to log a check-in or logs it, depending on the mode you picked. What reaches our servers is an ordinary check-in row, identical to one you would create by tapping a button. It carries no measurement, no threshold, and no indication that health data was involved.

What we do not do with it. Health and fitness data is never transmitted off your device to us or to anyone else. We do not store it, we do not retain it, and we do not share, sell, or transfer it to any third party. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never used to build a profile of you, and never used for insurance, employment, credit, or any other eligibility decision. It is read at the moment of evaluation and discarded; nothing is kept.

Your control. You can revoke Lifeinfull's health permissions at any time in Apple Health or in Health Connect, or turn the feature off inside Lifeinfull. Doing so stops all reading immediately. Because we never stored anything, there is nothing for us to delete.

Location

Location is used in three narrow ways, each of which you choose.

• Confirming you are there, when you tap to check in. If a circle is pinned to a place, we read your location at that moment to confirm you are near it. The check that runs is on your device; your coordinates are not uploaded.
• Arrival check-in, in the background, only if you switch it on. You may turn on automatic arrival check-in for a circle that is pinned to a place. Lifeinfull then asks the operating system to notify it when you cross into a region around that one place, which continues to work when the app is closed or not in use. Before any permission is requested we show you a disclosure saying exactly this. We use arrival and departure events only. We do not sample your location continuously, do not keep a location history, and do not build a movement profile. Arrival is evaluated on your device, and what reaches our servers is an ordinary check-in row, not your coordinates. Only places you explicitly armed are monitored. You can turn this off at any time in the circle's settings, or revoke the permission in your device settings.
• Pinning a place, which does upload a location. When you choose a place for a circle or a community, and when you ask Lifeinfull to show places near you, your device's coordinates are sent to our servers to save that pin and to look up candidates. For the nearby-places lookup, the coordinates are also sent to public OpenStreetMap Overpass servers, anonymously and with no account or identifier attached, purely to return a list of nearby places. The place your circle pins is then stored with that circle for as long as the circle exists, because it is what arrival check-in and place check-in are measured against.

Location is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with a data broker.

People you add

You can keep a private list of people in your life inside Lifeinfull, whether or not they use the app, and attach practices to them (for example, "call Mom weekly"). This section describes exactly what that stores.

• What we store. Only what you type: the name you give the person and, if you write one, a private note about them. These are stored with your account like any other content you create.
• What we never collect. Lifeinfull does not read, upload, or store your device's contacts. If a future version offers to prefill a name from your address book, the selection happens through the operating system's own picker and any phone number or email stays on your device. We do not match your contacts against our users, and nothing is sent to the person you add.
• Who can see it. Only you. The person you add is never notified, never shown your note, and cannot see that they are on your list, even if they later join Lifeinfull.
• Deletion. Removing a person deletes their row and note. Deleting your account deletes your entire list, per How long we keep your data.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data, ever.
• We don't show ads or share your data with advertisers.
• We don't track you across other apps or websites.

Who can see your activity

Lifeinfull is built around small circles. Your check-ins, posts, and progress are visible to the members of the circle they belong to. Whether someone who joins a circle later can see activity from before they joined is up to the circle's creator (the "New members see earlier messages" setting). Circles created before July 27, 2026 have this off unless their creator turns it on; circles created since start with it on. Your goals are private unless you explicitly share one. Circles for spiritual practices are not discoverable by default.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the app, each only for its job: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Expo (push notification delivery and app updates), Sentry (crash reporting), RevenueCat (purchases and subscription status), Apple / Google (optional sign-in), OpenRouter with Google Gemini, used only to turn a voice note into a text transcript for your circle, and public OpenStreetMap Overpass servers, which receive only an anonymous coordinate when you ask to see places near you. Your data is not shared with anyone else, and it is never shared with advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep your data

We keep the things you create for as long as your account exists, because they are what your circles are made of, and we delete them when you delete your account. In detail:

• Account information, check-ins, notes, posts, photos, voice notes, and goals: kept while your account is active, and removed when you delete your account.
• Health and fitness data: not retained at all. It is read on your device, evaluated, and discarded. We never receive it, so we hold nothing to keep or delete.
• Location: your coordinates are not retained. A place your circle pins is kept with that circle until the place is changed or the circle is deleted.
• Product event records: kept while your account is active and removed when you delete your account.
• Push notification tokens: kept while the app is installed and signed in, and removed when you sign out, uninstall, or delete your account.
• Crash and error reports: held by Sentry for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. They contain no personal content.
• Purchase and subscription records: kept by RevenueCat and by Apple or Google for as long as those platforms and applicable tax and accounting law require, so that entitlements and refunds can be honored.
• Voice notes: the audio is sent once to our transcription provider to produce the transcript, and it is kept by us only as part of the note itself, so it goes when the note or the account goes.
• Encrypted backups: deleted content can persist in routine encrypted backups of our database for up to 30 days after deletion, after which those backups roll off.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, or at lifeinfull.app/delete-account. Deletion removes your account, profile, check-ins, posts, and media. Where your messages were part of another member's conversation, the message content is erased and the entry is anonymized so other people's threads still make sense. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately, subject only to the backup window described above. You can also write to us at support@lifeinfull.app to request deletion.

Children

Lifeinfull is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, stored with a reputable cloud provider, and protected by row-level access rules so circle data is only readable by that circle's members. Session credentials are stored in your device's secure storage.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll note it in the app. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
